In this project, I designed an Android based Cellbot capable of recharging itself at a wireless charging pad. An Arduino is used to read values from infrared sensors and transmits this information, over Bluetooth, to an application running on an Android phone. The Android application processes the information and returns specific commands to the Arduino, which in turn controls the robot's motors.

The eventual goal of this project is create a telepresence robot that can be controlled through a custom built Skype application. In the future, an infrared-based autonomous docking controller will also be implemented, allowing the robot to recharge itself when running low on energy.
